職場新鮮人
080220 李宗薇
上月底剛剛畢業的思穎，回「外婆的澎湖灣」度過春節假期返回台北後，就忙著收拾行囊準備到台中，因為元宵節開始就加入上班族的行列了！
思穎曾在國中實習過一年，但實習老師還算是學生身份，故此番才是告別學子生涯，正式進入職場當新鮮人！
雖說高學歷高失業率，然我對導生進入職場一向有信心，這信心倒非憑空想像，而是根據近年畢業導生的實際表現。以思穎學有專精，找到符合專長的工作應不致太困難；但沒想到這麼快就聽到懸缺以待的好消息，在文教機構作教育訓練，這是本業，更是學以致用。
以思穎一向的努力與認真，相信她定秉持同樣的態度面對工作，對聘用她的機構是資產asset。我的叮嚀反倒是請多保重身體，將身體調養好，才能細水長流，發揮才華，服務更多的人！
