返「練功房」述職

朋友問起，練功房雖有最新消息，但「 老師的話」好久沒有新的文章，莫非打算歇業停擺？
得從2013暑假說起。
2013暑假出門幾趟，最長的是規劃頗久、延宕多時、終於成團的俄羅斯文化之旅。出遠門旅途勞頓自是不在話下，回台沒多久就開學了；而102學年度第1學期可說是我教書以來最忙累的一學期。
或問，教書有相當年資，又不是新手老師，早都該適應教學種種，怎麼還覺得累?
話是沒錯，但從1999年傳科所成立後，師培課除了那年大四導生班的教育實習，沒碰過；大學部通識課，僅教過三回。相隔13年後再教師培課，著實不習慣。我省思原因，不外「人」與「環境」因素，現在修師培課的學生生與以前公費生特質不同；就外在環境，由於少子化，師培市場供過於求，社會上有相當的流浪教師，與之前也大不同。如再從教學的細部談，還有學生來源與上課時間因素，我師培課的對象是全校非師培系進入師培program 的學生，而非師培系學生；至於上課時間，是很多老師絕不排課的週一早上第一、第二節課(前五週，學生經常遲到)。這些因素加總起來，使得教學特別具挑戰性。
十一月中，家中長輩進出醫院幾次，後病情轉劇，周末假日需到醫院。長輩十二月過世，因採佛道教儀式，故有許多繁複、特定的儀式。
時序進入 2014年，元月期末考時 ，某天一早赴墓園送長輩骨灰入土，結束後因咳嗽、流鼻水不斷，赴診所就醫，再到學校準備下午、晚上的監考。漫長一天行將結束，晚上騎單車回家時被機車撞倒，右手疼痛送急診。照X光後，醫生說右手肘裂，當即打石膏。
改期末考卷、算成績有點麻煩。我除了慢慢用左手「龜速」改卷子，感謝教會姊妹的女兒幫我改測驗題。最後算成績，自己沒辦法了，請同學來家幫忙算。
手傷諸多不便，又碰上過年，所以今年過年先生外頭訂年菜，家裡大掃除也只得將就了。
過完年回診，醫生說裂縫有癒合，但手臂仍疼痛，所以從骨科轉到復健科，開始做復健。
原以為這學期沒有大學部的課、沒有夜晚在職班的課，會輕鬆些，然每週兩次跑醫院作復健頗花時間。古人說「傷筋動骨一百天」，我的百日將屆，可右手臂及背部仍不時疼痛，看來這次受傷，上帝要學的功課除了更小心謹慎，還要放慢腳步慢慢來，耐心的作復健，
打石膏雖不是大事，但也諸多不便，讓家人擔心之餘還多所偏勞。不由得想， 不論什麼年紀，健康都是第一要務，把自己照顧好，才不致連累親人好友。
