所長的話#01：盍興平來

同學好：
本所成立以來，雖然創業維艱，然在各方的關切與祝福之中，我們跨出了穩健的第一步。
報名在即，有許多同學來電或e-mail詢問，如果考進本所能否修小學學程？
雖然對個別詢問者以及留言天地我們都有回答，但為了慎重，還是再一次提醒有意報考本所的朋友，請先參看本校修習教育學程的相關規定。
由於自九十學年度起，校方對於研究生修學程有名額的限制，所以不是每一個國北師的研究生皆能修學程。本所目前的想法是學生進本所研讀是「本業」，是認同本所的目標、發展方向與課程架構，行有餘力，也即是在學業上達一定水準，例如平均八十分，才能修習小學學程。因為修學程是extra work！
至於本所的課程及論文要修多久才能畢業？這要視個別情況而定，因為學習原就有個別差異，每個人的資質、能力不同，投入的時間、心力各殊，實在很難一概而論。一般情況，全時生應能在二年至三年間完成學位！
所以，如果有意就讀本所，並且計畫在二年內取得碩士學位並修完學程順利當小學老師的考生，可能要再斟酌。本乎誠信原則，我們不希望考生進來後發現「事與願違」寧願先提醒。
