感謝與祝福

這兩天進出所辦，看到中間空蕩蕩的座位，想到高筱綺老師離職，不免悵然有所失。
高老師是本所去年根據行政院「擴大就業方案」延聘的「業界教師」。她交大運輸管理系及交大傳播所畢業，又在資訊界服務多年，實在是傳科所聘請業界老師的最佳人選，能請到她本所非常幸運。這一年來，高老師不僅協助趙老師及我的教學，更協辦所務，包括多媒體學程獲得教育部的補助案、所自評報告的撰寫、理學院博士班申請案、研討會的聯繫與具辦、學程補助結案報告等，多虧高老師一肩承擔。也因有高老師的協助，讓傳科所98學年度的工作項目更豐富，進行的更圓滿。
我接行政雖從八月開始，但早在去年九月，碩一的「教育媒體與社會」即請高老師帶領討論；她的認真從給同學的小組考評就可看出。下學期高老師協助趙老師的影音剪輯課，那是操技術的實作課，她也游刃有餘；可說「理論」與「實務」俱熟，堪稱「允文允武」。校內有同事問起所上業界老師如何時，當知道高老師的資歷，接著的問題都是，怎麼肯屈就「業界教師」呢？這也正是她應徵時，我們的疑問。高老師說因孩子小，想將重點放在家庭，而學校的工作上下班比較固定。我非常佩服高老師暫緩自己的事業而以孩子為重的看法。高老師讀小班的兒子活潑有禮，可見高老師「課子」有一套。
高老師不僅辦事能力強，她的人品、正派辦事理念，與本所強調的「正派經營」更是契合，故合作愉快。常有人能幹但人品欠佳；亦有人正派但能力弱，如高老師兩方面都平衡的並不常見。此外，或許她成長於太平洋海濱的台東，那兒山海相伴，人與大自然接近，使得她更多了份質樸與踏實。
我們雖萬般不捨，但受限於任期，高老師不得不離開。8月31日那天，高老師跑完學校的離職手續後，打工作清單，再修改當天中午院博士班會議對申請書的意見，五點鐘，還去電問教育部所上的申請案是否完成審核。我傍晚七點離開，她還在忙，說快好了。她的認真敬業，直到工作的最後
